Before we get into individual names, lets talk context: markets sold off heavily in Q1 2026 but have rallied hard in the last 3 weeks, capitulating in new all time highs for the indexes as Trump's indefinite extension of the Iran ceasefire and earnings season moves markets. That has not been the case for most of the names present in this article who have yet to make their move. Crypto in particular has been lagging the broader market recovery which is precisely where the opportunity lives in several of these trades. Microsoft is the most oversold name in the entire Magnificent Seven. The stock got hit hard in Q1 on valuation concerns and macro rotation, but the fundamentals haven’t changed one bit. Analyst price targets cluster in the $500s, Azure growth continues to compound, and Copilot AI monetization is still in its infancy. I like scaling into the $460, $480, and $500 strike calls expiring March 19, 2027, targeting a 75–100% return as the stock makes its recovery leg higher. There may be some near-term consolidation before it truly breaks out which is fine.
